Musicians, composers, and collaborators George Meyer and Will Healy form the genre-bending violin-piano duo Upstream. They draw on a shared background in classical music, as well as a range of other styles. Will and George each live with a foot outside of classical music, George working regularly with bluegrass musicians and Will with jazz and hip-hop artists. Join these engaging and exceptionally talented musicians as they perform a selection of marvelous original works along with Bach’s brilliant Sonata No. 6 for Violin and Harpsichord.

Cabaret Show followed by an Open Mic! Shabnam Abedi and Joe Block met as classmates at Juilliard and have since formed a powerful duo. They perform their diverse repertoire frequently around New York at clubs such as Mezzrow and Dizzy’s. Their music is a spiritual journey of lyrical, textural, and harmonic storytelling. As artists, Abedi and Block are vulnerable, dramatic, and spontaneous, aiming to create a space to reflect and feel our inner emotions. Together, they embrace true improvisation, and their shows are always fresh, daring, and captivating. - NEW! Add a dinner box from The Georgetown Owl Market & Cafe!
