The Granite Church 5 N. Main Street, Redding, CT, United StatesCabaret Show followed by an Open Mic! Shabnam Abedi and Joe Block met as classmates at Juilliard and have since formed a powerful duo. They perform their diverse repertoire frequently around New York at clubs such as Mezzrow and Dizzy’s. Their music is a spiritual journey of lyrical, textural, and harmonic storytelling. As artists, Abedi and Block are vulnerable, dramatic, and spontaneous, aiming to create a space to reflect and feel our inner emotions. Together, they embrace true improvisation, and their shows are always fresh, daring, and captivating.
