It's time for Redding Neighbors & Newcomers' annual Halloween party! This spooky soiree will include a DJ and dancing. You'll enjoy fun music, open bar, light bites, and a memorable evening with friends. Costumes are highly encouraged, and there will be a contest for costumes in various categories.
