Join Austin Scelzo at The Granite for a community all-acoustic jam session. Austin Scelzo hosts a jam designed for musicians who play stringed instruments – i.e. banjo, guitar, fiddle, mandolin, dobro, and bass – and who have an interest in playing traditional and recent American fiddle tunes, old-time Appalachian repertoire, bluegrass, and bygone country standards. Participants and listeners are welcome!
May 18th will be a great day full of entertainment for the entire family. Indoor and outdoor stages will showcase a variety of musical guests, and our community rooms will feature visual art exhibits from local artists and artist talks. We'll have dancing, kids' activities, and so much more! Come and enjoy this magnificent community space with us.
The third annual Georgetown Volunteer Fire Company Plant Sale and Garden Swap will be held at the Granite Church on Sunday, May 19th. All proceeds benefit GVFC and the Georgetown community in times of need.

Good three-part vocal harmony can be the most exciting part of bluegrass and folk music. Learn the basic terminology of folk style harmony singing (Lead, Tenor, Baritone), how to find your first note, how to "stay in your lane" and not sing what the person next to you is singing, and how to blend.
Join Rock Hearts at The Granite on Saturday, June 1 at 7pm (Doors at 6:30pm) for an intimate evening of live bluegrass music. Formed in 2013, Rock Hearts brings together five seasoned musicians from southern New England who love to sing and pick bluegrass and old country tunes, and seek out tunes from other genres to "Bluegrass-ify."
