It’s a wonderful day to connect with your friends and neighbors. With food\, crafts\, pop-up shops\, local businesses\, family activities\, and more\, there’s plenty for everyone. Learn more on the Georgetown Village Restoration website here. \nGeorgetown Day takes place on Main Street in Georgetown\, Connecticut. Rain or shine. The Granite will be open throughout the event. Feel free to stop by and say hello. We will host musical performances inside. \nShows are FREE and open to everyone. We hope to see you there. \nGeorgetown Day Lineup at The Granite\nEnjoy three piano sessions at The Granite during Georgetown Day featuring musicians from Redding\, Ridgefield\, Easton\, Danbury\, and Bethel. \nBen Carter\, 3 – 3:30 PM \nEaston-based pianist Ben Carter will play a ragtime set. You may recognize him as the young man who plays ragtime every Georgetown Day on the upright in the “bar” room. \nAndrew Levine\, 3:45 – 4:30 PM \nRidgefield’s Andrew Levine\, and Granite Resident Artist\, will perform select pieces on the piano. \nDavid Morgan with Phil Bowler & Clark Eno\, 4:45 – 5:45 PM \nCome to The Granite at the end of Georgetown Day for a one hour jazz set by Redding’s piano master and music teacher\, David Morgan\, along with Phil Bowler and Clark Eno.
