He enjoys discovering and sharing practices that help people return to a peaceful state that feels like home. For the past 15 years he’s explored many different types of meditation modalities ranging from transcendental meditation and mantra meditation to mindfulness and breathwork. But it was in Qigong that he found a practice that enriched his life so much that he absolutely needed to share its benefits with others. \nHe received his Qigong teaching certifications from Masters Lee Holden\, Robert Peng\, and Ken Cohen. He also works 1-on-1 with clients through personalized Qigong and Daoist Coaching. \nMegan Yee combines her identities as a psychotherapist and violinist to explore the intersection of wellness\, creativity\, and embodied healing. Whether in session with clients or performing with her local community orchestra\, she believes in the transformative power of presence and connection. Music has offered Megan a lifelong source of joy and collaboration. In this gathering\, she accompanies the flow of gentle meditative movements with live violin\, creating a space that supports emotional balance and invites participants to discover and embody their rhythm.
